Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Couchsurfing sounds like an excellent idea to pursue my interests while not traveling.
Norway is quite expensive country and there are not too many accommodation options in the area. I live only 6 km from the airport.

Interests

Traveling, especially to less developed countries. I usually enjoy places of natural beauty such as mountains, national parks, forests etc. I am a big fan of hiking, mountain walking and camping in the wild.

Music, Movies, and Books

Pretty much all kind of music apart from main stream pop. From Shpongle through Nick Cave to Tchaikovsky.

Love reading and try to read regularly, I think that because of wide accessible media on youtube we might loose our ability to imagine things.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Travelling is great but I guess the one amazing thing I've done will be taking part in a seshin , where I sat/walked/slept in one room for about a week - trying to be focused on nothing.

I explored Rogaland area thoroughly and can share some tips where and when to go. Especially when it comes to hiking.
