About Me
Friendship is unnecessary, like philosophy, like art... It has no survival value; rather it is one of those things that give value to survival
Don't take life too seriously, nobody makes it out alive anyway :)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Participating in various CS Meetings and events in Krakow, and also organizing them.
Showing newcomers around Krakow, providing them with information about the city, communication and places that are worth visiting.
Promoting Couch Surfing by telling people what exactly it is, explaining the idea behind all of it and inviting them to join our great meetings.
And of course by hosting people and surfing :)

Interests
Most important is travelling, as I love to discover new places and meet with new people. I also like to trying different drinks and food from all over the world, go to various places and talk with locals about culture, history, recommended places, etc. over a cup of tea/coffee/beer.
My second love is oriental culture. For now I'm focusing on Far East Culture (as it's related to my field of study), but also would like to know more about culture of Middle East, as for me it also sounds interesting.
Japanese language, which also is related to my field of study. It's not the easiest language I've ever heard of, but slowly I'm trying to improve it. And I hope I'll be able to speak Japanese soon :)

Teach, Learn, Share
I can share with you my knowledge about Polish language (which isn't the easiest one, but I'm pretty sure you can get some basic, useful phrases quite fast).
I can show you around the beautiful city of Krakow, tell you about some good places to eat, drink and party. And of course a bit about history of Krakow or Poland itself.
I would love to learn as much as I can about you, your stories, culture, points of view, some travel tips as places you've visited and where you'd recommend me to go. Maybe also how to cook something from your country, as I'm open to new culinary experiences :)
If you know Japanese language, then maybe you can also help me with that? I'm just a beginner, but I believe that experience is the best teacher.
I can help you to review and point out bad or embarrassing English mistakes in your profile, and I hope you'll do the same for me :)
