ABOUT ME

My friends tell me I am a really active person, sometimes crazy and quite impulsive. Doing thousand and one things at the same time makes me a busy person. The thing I love the most is meeting new people and discover their life stories. Visiting countries, mountaineering and enjoying nature are the most important things in my life.
Not everything has to be a kick or go fast! Just gathering together with some friends, meeting new people, drinking a little wine and enjoying the sunset can make me happier than everything else...

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Normally I travel with a tent (or something that looks like a tent but is just a plastic thing) from place to place. But two years ago I couchsurfed in Dublin and it was great! Also some Couchsurfers came over to sleep at my student house. Now i'm 'settled' and ready to host again people!

Interests

Meeting new people, get to know a lot of people, enjoying nature, backpacking, mountaineering, climbing, doing some photography and read books about photograpy, to admire architecture, swimming, biking, gliding and my penchant for painting and drawing are the most important words that describe my life.

Music, Movies, and Books

I just love Sigur Ròs, Jònsi and Angus & Julia Stone. But dancing on Techno and Electro makes me feel 'the king of the world'. Eyes closed, no talking, just dancing and listening to the beat. Music from the '80s and some good old rock deserve a place in my heart. (Simple Minds, Elton John, Queen, The Cure, Eurythmics...).

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

- In the summer of 2012, I went alone on a hiking trip in the French Pyreneés. An awesome trip with lovely (rainy) moments, generous people and again a lot of hitchhiking-adventures!
