Hi! I am Marjolein, a 24-year old. I live in Amsterdam, in a student house where I live with 2 other girls. I studied Applied Physics, but more specifically I focus on Pattern Recognition/ Artificial Intelligence. I just graduated and will start a job in consulting in November.
Furthermore, I love sports (preferably outside) whether it is running or hiking, winter sports, playing hockey. The two other things I absolutely love is food, (both eating it and cooking) and travelling! I very much enjoy meeting new people, especially from other countries and cultures. I also like to lend a hand where ever I can.

Por que estou no Couchsurfing?

Like I said before, I love meeting new people and hearing their stories. I lived for half a year in the US, and half a year in Hamburg, Germany. I was so grateful for every random stranger who welcomed me warm-heartedly. From that point on I intended to welcome and help any who asks for it in my home country too.
