About Me

I love how this community is built on trust!
I live on the island Texel, where I work with sheep and food. These, nature, and a social/food project, are my passions.
I'm down to earth and spiritual, intuitive, I love being outside (sea!), spending time with old and new friends.
I’m an early bird (waking up mostly at 5.45).
Cat Ploes chose me as her human and we’re happily living together.

Music, Movies, and Books

Different mood, different music, different movie, different book.
I just watched Frozen planet (BBC, about the north and the south pole).
I just read about non-violent communication and attachment disorders. I love to read childrens books. I love audio books.
I just listened to Skunk Anansie and Einaudi.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Helping sheep to give birth is definitely the most amazing thing I've ever done. Being with them at that moment. Humbly supporting them. Experiencing their instinct. Experiencing life.

Teach, Learn, Share

What can I teach?
I'm not really into teaching, more into sharing..
But maybe...
Something about sheep.
Something about Texel.
Something about nature.

What can I learn?
A lot :-)
Maybe something about you and what you love to do?

What can I share?
A small appartment and an open heart.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can share my cooking and baking skills.
I’m an open minded (and hearted) person.
I’m a good listener.
I know some things about texts (I studied Dutch and journalism).
I can teach you how to make sheep cheese.
Maybe I can help you with something?
