Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've decided to travel around the world searching for the "real me"! This is something I always wanted to do, and just recently I took to courage to do it. I want to meet new people, experience different lifestyles, try out new and different food, and really imerge in every place I visit. So, being in a native household will be an incredible contribution to this experience.

Music, Movies, and Books

I cannot choose one specific style as my favorite, but I really like listening to different genre: jazz, folk music, salsa, gospel music, pop, brazilian music, country and so on.
I was one of those Potterhead kids, still got the collection on my shelf. My favorite book up until now is "Women who Run with the Wolves" from Clarissa Pinkola Estés - it's a must-read book for all the empowered women.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I became a lawyer because this had always been my father's dream. I even told myself, during my major, that it was something I liked and wanted to work with for the rest of my life. However, some months ago, I got myself thinking that this was never MY dream, and started wondering what it would be. Then, I decided to quit my job, take some time away in a backpacking trip, and study Psychology when I return. I am going on this journey from May on and I am really looking forward for what will happen.
