When I have some time to meet and I am available, I enjoy offering a place to stay, usually but not exclusively to lone travelers. I've been a lone traveler myself and is good to find enjoyable and pleasant company.

If you make a request more than 3-4 days ahead of your intended arrival, I cannot offer to host as I often travel at short notice.

I don't accept one night only stays. As two past guests stated on their profile, " if we want one night as a stop over, we'll rent a room".

Even when I display "accepting guests", there are times when I may not be available at short notice and do not (immediately) respond. Please do not be offended. If I respond with a yes, I will host and be looking forward to meeting you.

Interests

I enjoy a range of things but nothing obsessively. On a nice day cycling 30-40 km is great. Chilling at the beach for a while. Enjoying a walk or a hike either alone or with company. I do enjoy good, intelligent conversation that can range from history, current affairs etc and I am open to learn and have my eyes opened to newer things and ventures.
