I am typically an observant person and try to meet the needs of those around me. It is hard for me to open up socially, but I enjoy connecting with people. I enjoy late night talks about life and experiences. I love coffee, tea, and exploring new places. I was introduced to this by a friend and hope to meet new people and adventure in new places.

I am queer, genderqueer, a scholar, and a gamer. I like they/them/their pronouns, fandoms, and long conversations about society and existence. Most of my life is taken over by school right now, but I spend my down time gaming, catching up on series, and taking random adventures with friends.

Currently working on a Master's Degree in Women's and Gender Studies.

A friend introduced me to it and I thought I would try it out and see where it takes me. Like the idea of having adventures and experiences with interesting people.

Interests

I spend a lot of time thinking about: Queer theory, identity, community, video games, Welcome to Night Vale, friends, the past, the future, the flux and inconsistencies that make up life. I am passionate about social justice and fighitng against oppression.

This varies between punk and alternative rock, electroswing or nujazz, American Jazz music made between 1920-1940, and/or video game and musical soundtracks. I also like a little bit of most other things.

Food:
I like to try new things and I think this comes through a lot in the realm of food. I had a pretty sheltered childhood with limited food choices, so I like trying out new restaurants and foods I have never experienced before. I guess the somewhat more consistent comfort foods would be coffee, tea, cookies, popcorn, and sushi.

Games:
Suikoden (all of them), Portal 1&2, Skyrim, Fable, Kingdom Hearts, Bioshock, Zelda, Final Fantasy, Dragon Age, Half-Life, Kingdoms of Amalur, Civilization, Alice: Madness Returns, and SWTOR.
