Merely a man who goes through life unplanned,

graciously, gratefully, reaping what I'd been sowing.
Realising lessons set in actions, encounters and deeds,
growing tall oaks of wisdom, from the tiniest of seeds.
Going with the flow, accepting universal force,
no matter the direction, nor the changes of life's course.

There is no greater beauty
than nature and her art
yet still we disfigure her
and crucify her heart
Man's been way to busy
replacing trees with his towers
doesn't even realise
there's no bees to kiss the flowers
Through fear greed and ego
sending species to extinction
killing women and children
getting medals of distinction
Our planet's slipping backwards
a lot of problems to be solving
to get the Earth on a forward roll
back to where we are evolving
There are no easy answers
no solutions from above
this is up to each of us
and our universal love
A deep love of self
pure love for each other
complete love for the planet
our elemental mother
A tsunami of love
on which pure hearts surf
a blanket of love
spreading over planet Earth

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Sailed and surfed the west Pacific islands for 10 months.
Won $50K on Millionaire Hotseat back when I cared about money and the consumerism of life. Spent it in a few months discovering the joys and wants of my teenaged kids. Money comes and money goes, the more we stress, the more worries and woes.
