Overview
About Me
I’m an award-winning travel writer and author of A Year of Festivals in Ireland, a musician and a music lecturer at South East Technological University on the south coast of Ireland. In 2015 I cycled the entire Wild Atlantic Way on a wooden bicycle. Myself and my partner Ellie are currently on a two year adventure, attempting to cycle around the world.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
There is no better way of learning about places than talking to the people who live in those places. On my travels I have constantly been blown away by the kindness of strangers, and I would like to pay back some of that kindness.

Teach, Learn, Share
I teach Music Technology in a university in Ireland. I love learning how things work. I enjoy sharing music and experiences.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I’d love to share some stories from cycling around the world and I have some musical instruments with me, so I can share some music with hosts. Myself and my partner Ellie would be delighted to cook a meal for hosts.
