Life is what happens while you're busy making other plans.. Time is flying bye.I grew up in New Jersey. Loved going to the beach and the mountains. I'm from a big family and grew up in a neighborhood that had a lot of kids so there was always things to do.I played baseball and enjoyed playing basketball .I grew up active and still active today. I now golf ,hike,mountain bike,kayak mostly with Peggy or meetup groups. I served for our country in the U.S. Army and was stationed in Schofield Barracks, HI. I was in the Division chorus and traveled to Korea singing and doing shows. I can play guitar and piano but not so much anymore. I love singing and harmonizing. Grew up listening to the Bealtes.. I continue later or we can learn about each other when we meet..

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I was introduced to couch surfing last year through mt girlfriend Peggy. We have hosted 5-6 times and met wonderful people from different places and all have been wonderful experiences. We've been hosted 4-5 times and every experience has been a wonderful positive experience. I believe Peggy and I both being from large families has something to do with with us enjoying couch surfing. Peggy recommended I have my own personal profile because she plans on visiting Europe for the summer.

Interests

I enjoy the outdoors and sports. I own a Pizza truck so I enjoy making pizza. I like to cook but prefer to be Peggy's sous chief... She's a very good cook... amazing for me... I'm handy around the house. I enjoy projects... We like meeting people at different restaurants in Reno. We like Louies Basque Corner and enjoying a pican punch. We like different foods and different cultures.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music... I listen to a variety. I don't want to be stuck in the 70's and 80's and tell younger people their music sucks.... I tell people stuck to get a life... : ) It's all about that bass... Same with movies and books. Last favorite book is "Mindset-The Psychology of Success "by Carol Dweck.. Best seller and eye opener. I like Clive Cussler adventure books ..John Paterson..I like to read personal development books. I enjoy watching movies from old classics to something new. We enjoy traveling food shows, history ,animals,comedies ans adventures...
