Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm an aspiring film maker and when that doesn't pay the bills, I bartend. I will be making a journey to Los Angeles, California in the next couple of months hoping to get discovered and have a great time in the process. I can't wait for the journey, even though it will be a one way trip, I hope to visit all the states I can before I make it to the otherside!!

Interests

Obviously film is a huge interest, so much so that i hope to make a living at it. Music is another huge part of my life, it really is what keeps me going in this crazy life. I have like 23 (and going) mixtapes for the drive so far haha. I was fortunate to work at House Of Blues for 3 years bartending and was able to meet some great artists along the way. I feel that music is extremely detrimental to making interesting and compelling cinema. I also enjoy playing disc golf, photography, hiking/camping, playing guitar, adventures, roadtrips (duh), watching football, soccer, and live concerts.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love all music really, but if had to narrow it down it would go....southern rock, americana, folk, bluegrass, rap, anything acoustic, and all the others...Movies...I'm a 'Big Lebowski' fanatic, any Quentin Tarantino movie, any Martin Scorsese film, any Paul Thomas Anderson Movie... that should give you some type of idea.

I can't teach anybody anything really, except maybe......some good music, some good food, and some really great movies.
