I'm new to Couch Surfers but have a lot of friends I met through meetup that are also couch surfers and it seems like people on here are awesome! I have a big trip coming up and I want to use couch surfers for it, so I'm trying to build up my profile and get some reviews!!

I’m one of those people with loads of different hobbies, I love playing music (badly), listening to music - especially live, photography, learning about new cultures, especially if it involves new food from those cultures :) I've lived in Sydney for 5 years and I'm pretty outdoorsy, so if you want to know about any hiking spots or beginner friendly surfing beaches, I can help you get started!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love meeting other people passionate about travel and couch surfers seems to be full of those people!! I never used it before but all my friends are on it and they are the nicest people, so I figure there must be something special about this app.

Also I'm about to start using it for travel myself and figured some more reviews would be good!!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Last year I dived the Great Barrier Reef, we swam with a giant green turtle (1m+) and white tip reef sharks! Highly recommended!

I'm certainly no pro, but I can teach you how to surf if you've never done that before, I also know a bunch of good hiking and camping spots around Sydney that you can check out.
