Overview
About Me
Hi. I'm a friendly, casual kind of character who has many passions and interests. I'm currently on a trip in Europe with no time frame of when I'll go home. So I will work and travel continually to experience this GRAND part of the World. I worked for many many years with very little travel other than inside Australia but have harboured a deep interest in all places on the globe during these years. Now is my time to experience the fruits and difficulties of independent travel in a cheap van that I bought in the UK.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm very interested in the local experience and learning about the beautiful quirks of the culture. Human connection is essential in life and whichever part of the world we're all from is no barrier to this happening regularly in a meaningful way

Music, Movies, and Books
I love to read on and off. Sometimes I can't read, other times I become obsessed, 'specially when you find something special to read.
Very diverse music fan. I like music from any era and any place on Earth. Anything that's unique, raw, authentic and interesting and shakes or soothes my soul.
Big fan of Arthouse films and cosy independent cinemas

What I Can Share with Hosts
I can offer accommodation in my home when I'm back in the Blue mountains in Australia in return. Can show you my wilderness backyard, many stunning places very few people see. I can share my life experience, knowledge, warmth and connection. Can do some light work around your place or in the garden, help you cook or just keep you company.
