Hii Couchsurfers,
I'm a 22 year old student from the Netherlands.I live in Wageningen, which is somewhere in the middle of the Netherlands. The study I attend is called International Land and Water Management. It mainly focusses on the tropics and aims to improve farmer's conditions concerning agriculture.

When my friends describe me, they always say I'm an always very social and happy person. They might overestimate my social capabilities ;), but I'm always in for a good conversation, that's true!

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I'm on Couchsurfing because I quite recently reinvented hitchhiking and I love being with all sorts of people on the road. There is so many wisdom in each individual with all the experciences these people've had and I love to learn from that.
When traveling, I hope to be able to connect with people from that area and learn what they're like. On top of that, a place to call home and someone who knows the ins and outs of an certain area is great to have when you're traveling!
When you join me at my place, that would be in the weekends because then I might have some time, I can show you around in our tiny little city and have a good chat.

兴趣

Sports are great, I love running around and cooperating in a team. The sports I enjoy range from volleyball to waterskiing, and from sailing to football. I like to discover new things, both in traveling and in everyday life.
Wherever I am, at my hometown or at a travel destination, the nature never ceases to amaze me. I love watching the starts, walking through the mountains and swimming in crystal clear lakes.

Favourite movie is defenitely Finding Nemo, but Skyfall comes somewhere close to that. Music is very important to me, for every mood and situation my favourite music changes. Only You're The One from Lifehouse is one of my many favourite songs, you should defenitely need to hear that song when we meet!

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

In the summer of 2015 I went together with three friends to Scotland to go wildcamping in the Cairngorm Mountains, a beautiful National Park in the centre of Scotland (Eastern Highlands). Waking up in your tent and opening the door to have a view over (snow covered) mountains and a creek is simply amazing!
