I love and need to be active and engaged in life. Activities: Surfing, mountain biking, snorkeling, scuba diving, running, hiking, random adventures...

Creatively I am a singer song writer as well as instrumentalist on acoustic guitar, (www.reverbnation/markrisius) I play bass and drums too, I also do performance poetry, working on two novels, am an artist with a studio and gallery space in Denver, and have a webcomic (www.thelooov.com) OH! I've also been part of an improv comedy group for fifteen years...

So far I've traveled to Costa Rica, Thailand, and Czech Republic... holy hell that's only three aahhhhhhh! gotta get out more!!!

Hmm I think I covered most of that in the "about me" though I guess I should add that I am huge into personal growth, I grew up very depressed and shy and it's been awesome to open up into entirely new way of being, of freedom and connection to the world and my life is immensely better and will continue to be even more and more so as time goes on.
