I'm 26 years old and closing a chapter in my life. I've been in the US Marine Corps for 9 years. I want to start traveling and eventually land in Split, Croatia. I just want to slow down and start enjoying life because its so short. I've been deployed to Iraq once and Afghanistan twice. I want to finish my degree in political since but also double major in international affairs from a University outside the US. I have such a long story that Id love to share with people as well as get to know people from different walks of life.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm couch surfing because I want to meet new people inside the US and Internationally. I don't just want to go to the touristy places, I want to go to the local market, I want to ride bikes through the small towns and actually get to know the area and the people that live in it. I want to make new friends not just acquaintances.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Been on top of Maui's highest mountain, Halikia(I think that's how you spell it) at sunrise! You are above the clouds at over 10,000ft and its the most beautiful sight Ive ever seen!
