Why I’m on Couchsurfing

A good friend of mine recomended me couchsurfing, and for me it seems to be a great opportunity to both travel, get to know different cultures and people by this amazing idea, and also in return to be a host and to share your culture with people.

Interests

I love movies, I go to the cinemas quite often. I also like sports a lot, for example I used to play soccer in high school, at the moment I play tennis. I am also very interested in sightseeing and wandering around in new places, cities, while getting to know new people.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like all the good music, but most probably alternative rock is my favorite. I watch movies a lot, favorite genre has to be sci-fi ( Star Wars, Marvel etc.), but Jurassic Park is my No. 1 favorite when it comes to movies ( or books! ).

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One summer my friends and I went to cycle around the Lake Balaton in Hungary (rougly 200 kms). We planned it to be a 3-day tour, however the second night when we arrived to the camp, we had to face with the fact that the camp wasn't even open that week. So since there was not too much else to do, we did the rest of the jurney during nighttime. We did what we expected to be 72 hours long in less than 36 hours.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can share with hosts all that there is to know about Hungary. The language, the culture or if you have an old Rubik's cube that was scrambled up decades ago, just give me the toy, I'll teach you how to solve it.
