Overview
About Me
I live and work on our family sheep and beef farm at Mangamahu - near Whanganui. I've been lucky enough to have done some traveling myself and have stayed with many generous couchsurfing hosts. So of course I like to pay it forward by hosting travellers myself and giving them a glimpse into life on a traditional NZ farm. If it suits I can take visitors to work with me but there is still plenty to do if not. You can take walks on the farm, ride horses, play with the dogs or the very needy cat! Or just relax in a quiet environment. It is a reasonably remote place so it suits me a lot better if you have your own transport but I might be able to pick people up from Whanganui.
