COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Have couch surfed about 5-10 years ago (before this website!) in San Francisco, Brooklyn, North Carolina, Germany, Vancouver. Most unique experience was staying on a houseboat on the ocean in BC!

Backpacked for 30 days through the Himalayas. Played tackle football as an amateur adult. Motorbiked through the Peruvian Andes to tiny Quechua villages. Studied Amazonian plant medicine with a Shipibo shaman on the Ucayali river. Trekked 100km through Lappland North of the Arctic circle. Learning the plants and animals of coastal BC.
