About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To make the most of life still being able to laugh at the crap
ABOUT ME
Laid back, down to earth, relaxed happy guy. Open, straight-up and really social. Down with most things and keen to meet new people and experience all that life has to offer. I'm currently studying a Bachelor of arts at Canterbury University majoring in Media snd communications, so consider myself pretty intelligent and can hold my own in most conversations. Have been involved with CS indirectly for a number of years through my best mate Woody, both hosting(when we shared a flat) and going to CS events. Now it's my turn to host at my house.
Also have suffered my share of adversity and challenge over the years. Lost my leg below the knee in a M/cycle accident about 10 yrs ago but don't let it slow me down. Can laugh at the crap the world slings my way and believe I'm a better person because of it.
PHILOSOPHY
Life is not for dwelling on your limitation rather, it is for maximising the abilities you have.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Have hosted a lot of CS's over the years through my best mate Woody (I'm sure many of you know or have heard of him) Have made some really cool lasting friendships during my involvement with CS!
Interests
I like snowboarding in winter and just enjoying the sun in summer. . I have a broad range of stuff that I find fun to do but feel this is the sort of stuff that makes for good conversation. If I put it all in here there'll be nothing to talk about and awkward silences will ensue.

Music, Movies, and Books
Music...anything electronic is what I miainly listen to, but can be partial to a very eclectic variety of other music (some a little embarrassing)
Books...Mainly fantasy, cyberpunk and scifi with a little historical fiction thrown in. Love Terry Pratchett, Stephen King, William Gibson and Bernard Cornwell but not limited to these. Am extremely well read in a lot of authors..
Movies...Old Skool Kung fu films, anything involving vampires, zombies or the supernatural. Love a good action film, a bit of scifi and even the odd english comedy. Have a soft spot for Australian film too.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Rode a motorcycle up the east coast of Australia. Such an awesome trip to do and such amazing scenery.
Met Joey Ramone at the Vans Warped Tour in 1998.
