HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Have hosted quite a few people, and surfed a few times too. Hosting is a little hard at the moment due to small children!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

The couch surfers who have stayed with us have been wonderful! Life long friends!

I transitioned to vegan at the beginning of the year and am genuinely excited about the paradigm shift that is happening in the world right now. I love cooking vegan food too!

Movies:
We love a wide range of movies, enjoying some of what Hollywood has to offer, local low budget Australian films, to foreign films from wherever! We dont care about the genre as long as they are made well.

Music:
Love all kinds of music from rock to dance, to classical.

Books:
I read mostly cook books, plus whatever else presents an interesting chapter... but usually a chapter is all i get through :P

I have dislocated my knee, tearing 3 ligaments, that was pretty impressive, a little on the painful side too.

I know about growing chillies and making HOT sauce! I make lots of my own condiments including sauces, chutneys, jams (Preserves), curry pastes etc. I then love to use them in my cooking for unique tasting dishes. I also try and grow lots of my own fruit and vegetables.
