About Me
Hi! I'm Mark, a Metro New York native who likes to frequently force myself to step out of my comfort zone. I like to think I'm hilarious? After years of freelancing in various fields (television, editing, and now museum work and adult night-school language teaching), my skill set is weird and I have a lot to share. Hope to meet you!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Not afraid of new friends! And honestly I feel like I miss out on some part of a new place if I don't have a home base that feels like home.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I was a street canvasser for a children's charity in NYC one summer and I tried to convince Bill Murray to sponsor a kid from Zambia. He said no but I got a selfie out of it.
