I'm a PhD student drom the UK working at St Jude Children's research Hospital in Memphis Tennessee. I help run free comedy shows all across the city of Memphis and also host a podcast called Dr Heckle where i try and teach science to comedians! Outside of that i run long distances and cuddle with an overweight cat named after the Kraft Catalina salad dressing.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I always want to meet new people when travelling, because when someome brings up that place in the future, instead of remembering a building or a museum, the first thing youll think of is that person or people who you happened to cross paths with perhaps only that one time.

Other people's stories, stand up comedy, collecting books I don't read and vinyl I don't listen to.
