About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Sit in a park in Colombia discussing life with old ladies in Spanish

ABOUT ME

Live in the great port side community of Freo surrounded by many friends and awesome housemates.
I enjoy life in the outdoors when I can and Western Australia is a good spot for it. Surfing, kiting, mountain biking, hiking etc.

I like music. All flavours. Gin and tonics quench my thirst.
Finding a good chuck of time to travel is always important to me and currently on 6 month trip through US and South America.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've hosted travelers on occasions. Usually friends from overseas or friends of friends.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've had really only positive experiences couch surfing. Hasn't happened through this site as I've just signed up. Has been by chance when traveling or hook ups with friends from my travels.
Couple of mates back home host on occasion too and it's usually good fun.

The smoothest couch surfing experience was when I got a mitfahrgelegenheit for a train ticket from Berlin to Born, where I was heading to learn kitesurfing in the frigid Baltic Sea. The dude who's ticket I was splitting was a legend and once we got chatting he hooked me up to stay with his friends in Rostock for the night.
My German improved and I left a couple of days later with new mates.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Written a fiction book about the mountains. It isn't published yet, or written either or fully manifested in my head yet. But getting there.
