About Me

Project81. Camping. Hobo. Adventure. Music. Nature. Hitchhiking. Couchsurfing. Backpack. Guitar.

I am an open type of person willing to talk and learn about vast ranges of topics. Generally organized type of person. I am also more of an internal type of person trying to explore deeper into my being and others. A good conversationalist and an entrepreneur.

I am a newbie here in couchsurfing but I have high hopes of maximizing the site through meeting new people, knowing more culture and making a lot of friends.

I know a lot of cooking and would definitely share them to whoever is open. I am also always willing to learn new things as the limitation of our knowledge is limitless thus we must continually grow.

I am not that picky type of person but quality is preferable. In absence of a qualitative material or place, gratitude is always shown as I believe having something is always better than nothing.

I love going to the beach, diving, eating, talking to people making some friends and cooking. Lets connect and share things, let me be your bestfriend. :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want to travel the world, visit different places, be on the side of the locals, meet the locals, meet new friends, connect with people and grow as a person. It has been known that this platform is the best to do so. I want to see the world in a different perspective, share to the world what I can share and connect to a lot of people.

Interests

I love reading self help books. I have read books such as The Secret, Secrets to Millionaires Mind, etc. I read because i believe our mind is our greatest asset and we should invest in it whenever we can.

I love cooking and am learning and willing to learn different dishes from any culture. I love adventure! Nature, beach, sunset, diving, trekking name it! I love discovering new things, new places and even discovering something new about myself and others. I may call myself a discoverer. 😂

Music, Movies, and Books

Classical music. Mozart, Beethoven etc. I also love music that motivates you, the type of music you play when you lift at the gym, or when you feel down to lift yourself up or the type of music you share to your friend when they are in their lowest moments.

Paulo Cuelho. Entrep books. Napoleon Hill. Adventure books. There are a lot of books in the world, but there are books you can call family. These are the books I read over and over again. David and Goliath is one of my best. Iliad too and some classics.

I love movies! They are the realization of most books despite the big difference. Some movies I also watch over and over again to refresh them into my memory. Shawshank Redeption. Fight Club. The Godfather. Star Wars. The Pursuit of Happyness. Forrest Gump. Fury. The Patriot. The Secret. Etc

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I survived the strongest typhoon ever landed in the known history of mankind, super typhoon Haiyan.
I am also currently traveling the country in my backpack and intuition, without a plan, just improvisation.

Teach, Learn, Share

I am travelling with my guitar so the first thing i can offer to share is my music, if you would consider it as music. I can teach to play the guitar too.

As I am just trying to explore the Philippines, my native land, I am willing to share my experiences in life and give some advice on things I am knowledgeable of like fitness, diet, cooking, connecting with people and entrepreneurship.

I may also share my experiences when I was in the middle of the devastation of the super typhoon Yolanda in Tacloban as I was just a fourth year student in University of the Philippines Tacloban those days. I would also be happy to share our native languages of region VIII which are Bisaya(Cebuano) and Waray-Waray.

Though I know how to cook, I am not confident sharing it as the Waray-waray are not that known to be great cooks. What I know in the kitchen are just some basic filipino dishes native to all Pilipino such as adobo, tinola, ginataang manok, pininyahang manok, etc. I am also open to learn new languages and new dishes.

I can teach how to cook native filipino dishes, filipino languages as I am fluent in the top2 languages of the country. I am willing to share everything I am for someone willing to accept who I am. I am willing to learn everything I can too as long as it doesn't hurt others, doesnt seriously hurt me and is exciting.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Overall help around the household may it be fixing things around, cooking, keeping things in place, running some errands, I can also drive for the host. I love hearing stories of adventures and I could also share some of mine. My adventures in Cebu, Siquijor, Negros, Manila, Samar and Leyte, Bohol and more other places. Friendship is the best thing i can offer. And native filipino cuisine, I can also share my knowledge about fitness, dieting, types of diet, types of fasting and some on
Information Technology as I am in the technology field.
