Overview
About Me
Civil engineering student, dog enthusiast, cookie monster. I like rain, walking, hiking trips, reading, computer games.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I've been twice on Erasmus, and we have been visiting each other with my buddies from both Glasgow and Cork, doing our little couchsurfing. So I thought I would give it a try with some strangers. You know, the usual clichés about meeting new people :)
Interests
I really like outdoor trips, walking in the forest or hiking in the mountains. I guess my greatest hiking experience was Maglić in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Music, Movies, and Books
I love Russian literature, my favourite book is Eugene Onegin by Pushkin. I've loved basically everything by John Steinbeck and Jane Austen, and I adore books by Roald Dahl. And when I'm feeling low, I go for Where the Wild Things Are by Maurice Sendak :)
I watch lots of series. My personal favourite are british Black Books, but I also have lots of 'guilty pleasures' - I've seen all episodes of True Blood and Vampire Diaries, and I am not ashamed of that (although maybe I should be). I am also watching Vikings, Game of Thrones and The Big Bang Theory,
Sometimes in my free time I play League of Legends but I'm not sure if I should write it here :D Anyway, if there are any non-salty League players, we could have a game or two. I main supports, Sona, Nami, Lulu, Blitz and Malphite. I play on the EU Nordic and East server, name: Roweeena. My other favourite games are: The Witcher 3 - Wild Hunt, Don't Starve, Broken Sword adventures or Runaway.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I've hitchhiked from Prague to Ljublana, Zagreb, Belgrad, Timișoara and back, and despite my grandma's worries, I lived. I believe that most people in the world are friendly and they don't wanna kill you but sometimes it is difficult to convince others about it.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can cook something for you and usually it turns out quite tasty (I wrote 'usually' just in case.... you never know). I am also capable of having meaningful conversations in English. My German is somehow retarded, although I've been learning it much longer than English. But I am trying.
