I am lively, I love to travel, to dance, and to enjoy life. I thrive off of meeting new people from all sorts of places, backgrounds, and with varying interests. I live in a quiet college town, but who knows where I will be within the next few years.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I don't ever get CS requests (unfortunately) due to my geographical confinement to the cornfields of the American Midwest, but I do travel a lot and love to meet new people as I travel. Most of the time, I travel for science conferences and squeeze in a few extra days for personal travel on my own. I think this makes CS very conducive for meeting new people and learning about new places and cultures.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Not much (see above) but would love to learn! Hopefully in a few years I'll be living in a larger city (I am definitely a city girl) and I will be able to host some great CSers.

Interests

Tango, science, salsa, travel, family, and my often futile attempts at combining all of the above.

Music, Movies, and Books

I devour books, when I have the time to read them. My latest favourite is "Child 44" by Tom Rob Smith. Fantastic read.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Biked down the "world's most dangerous road", climbed to the top of mount fuji (ironically enough, it was the 10 hours of climbing down that were the most treacherous). Oh, and I was amazingly born on the same day as my mother.
