About Me

CURRENT MISSION

travel the world + make friends + experience new things

ABOUT ME

I like good music, driving, exploring, mountain biking and meeting new people.

average hangout usually involves food/coffee/drinks. exploring the city, art galleries, taking photos.

i can be quiet at first, but it doesn't take long for me to warm up to people.

PHILOSOPHY

i really just want to meet people and explore. i want to visit every continent and travel the world. i can be a talkative person, but i can also be a quiet person. i love taking in the sights and sounds. in life we only own two things, our labours and our memories. for me its not about what we have, its about what we do. i'm here to make the most with what i have.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

as a start i'd like to start by just meeting people and enjoying it. thats key for me. from there i'd love to explore my options as far as travelling and actually couch surfing. but for now i'd love to meet people.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've never "technically" been couch surfing. but i do find myself staying at friends places around the country often.

Interests

i like outdoors, photography/cinemtography, adventure, music, art, cars, design, exploring/adventures.

Music, Movies, and Books

i loved the social network, its probably one of my favourites, as is 500 days of summer. Just love the story and the way those movies were shot.

As for music i love kaskade, tokyo police club, death cab for cutie, switch foot, foster the people, anberlin, deadmau5, mat kearney, telekinesis. essentially a mix of alternative, indie, and dance/electronic. i'm not really a main stream person.

steve jobs biography was probably the best book i've ever read. its inspiring and motivating at the same time.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

In August 2011 I went on a documentary shoot with an organization called MedWish in Nicaragua. My eyes were opened to the world out there: http://vimeo.com/27344489
