About Me

ABOUT ME

Well, I guess I'm a pretty laid back type of a guy. One with a nomadic heart who loves to find true culture while being off the beaten track. Most of the time you'll find me with a camera in my hands.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Hoping to be able to host people when I return home from my travels.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My first couch surfing experience was in Bogota, Colombia and it was a pretty awesome one at that. Ivan, my Colombian host took me to a great local party and biking around the city. Really cool guy, and a really cool experience.
I hope to do the same for other when I return home!

Music, Movies, and Books

Not much of a T.V. guy but always love to watch documentary's or films related to travel and our world.

I'm pretty all over the place with my music style and it really depends on the mood...just not country.

Books.... well by the looks of my bookcase a lot of photography related stuff, entrepreneurial focused books, and some travel adventure type stuff.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I lived with an indigenous village off the Caribbean coast of Nicaragua for a while also spending Christmas with them. The village was called Awas, a community of Creoles who spoke Miskito and little English. I spent my time shrimp fishing, hunting for crocodiles in the jungle, canoeing to surrounding villages and a remote key island on a three day adventure and just hanging out with the locals while learning about there everyday life.

Teach, Learn, Share

I love to talk photography and am always willing to teach someone what I know about the technical and artistic side of it all.
I love to me people with the same passion for imagery and share skills and photographs.
