Overview
About Me
Hi! I'm a PhD student in social psychology who studies people's life stories, including how we make sense of our life's stories and how we can use our life stories to improve our lives and the lives of others! I'm also a Certified Coach who helps people cultivate greater mental health, meaning, and impact through reconstructing their life stories.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I recently traveled all 50 United States in 14 Months with my best-friend. We wanted to meet everyday people across the US, learn about their stories, and simply forge authentic connections along the way. We met so many amazing people through CS, and I hope to meet more as a host now!

Music, Movies, and Books
I love music that helps me connect with deep human emotion.
My favorite movies are Good Will Hunting and Silver Linings Playbook.
My favorite books are The Alchemist by Paulo Coehlo, The Motivation Manifesto by Brendon Burchard , and Vagabonding by Ralph Potts.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I faced a lot of difficulties growing up (lost both my parents and many more challenges). I think it's amazing that I've been able to overcome many of those life challenges through my love of learning and loving people.
Teach, Learn, Share
I have an incredible wealth of knowledge about psychology, especially narrative psychology, and the psychology of self and identity and persuasion. I also have had a very complex upbringing as a result of loosing both of my parents and many other complicated events, and I love to share about that experience and the lessons I've learned.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Deep and authentic conversation, a meal or two, and presence. I’m here to learn ☺️
