About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Understanding the world through understanding people
ABOUT ME
I have done a fair bit of travelling in my life and love to meet new people. I am truly interested in other cultures and meeting new people. I think travelling is the best way to find out things about yourself and your own culture(s).
PHILOSOPHY
The greatest danger for most of us is not that our aim is too high and we miss it, but that it is too low and we reach it.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Both as host and surfer. I will be happy to share my information about my home town or other places I know well. I also acknowledge the valuable information locals tend to have and appreciate any help/tips/people I get/meet through CS.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
My first CS experience of was in the Phillippines where a couple of couchsurfers showed us around in the island Palawan. After that I have surfed a couple of times, hosted some people at my place and attended a few CS meetups.

I am definitely more into music: Porcupine Tree, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, The Ting Tings, System of a Down, Thievery Corporation and a LOT more. My music taste is very broad. I read a lot as well.
I love to watch movies in good company. Some I really liked were: Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas, Snatch, The Matrix ...
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Teach, Learn, Share
I graduated from a degree-programme aiming to educate engineers with a broad mind-set. Thus, through my studies I have learned a strange mixture of very different stuff: entrepreneurship, strategy, finance, accounting, sociology, aesthetics, communication, languages, computer science, psychology and philosophy.
My interests are in psychology and philosophy, especially in the intersection of these sciences. I am always happy to engage in discussions in these topics (and others as well). I am more than happy to practice/speak any language together. Right now I am trying to ramp up my German to fluent...
I used to play poker (NLHE HU) semi-professionally and I know a little bit of how to do some tricks with a Diabolo...
