ABOUT ME:
I am from Ukraine. I grew up there, studied law there, worked as a lawyer there and lived in its different parts. Last summer I came to the U.S. to study agricultural and food law in the University of Arkansas. I graduate this May and I in the end of this summer I will go back to Ukraine.

I am outgoing person and I like to meet new people, but sometimes I prefer to be alone and read good book. I believe that people are good and this optimism helps me to deal with reality :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Because I like to travel and meet new people :) It is very exciting form of making new friends and doing good things ;)

When I will have my own place I definitely gonna host people!

Interests

I like to travel, read books, play games and meet new people. I would say I like sports (boxing, cycling and running), but often my laziness takes over and I skip my trainings.

I travelled in Europe and visited many states in the U.S. My dream is to make a trip around the world.

Also I am interested in food and agriculture, biotechnologies, internet technologies and related legal issues. I want to work closer with these issues.

Music, Movies, and Books

I have read a lot. I am kinda geek, because my book tastes are very diverse.
My favorite book from childhood is Hobbit by Tolkien. Also I have read and liked many other fantasy series: I have read the Forgotten Realms, Lord of the Rings, Game of Thrones, Harry Potter, Vampires Chronicles, Star Wars books, Warcraft books, Barsoom Trilogy, Stalker series, Tarzan series and many other fantasy and sci-fi fiction. Also I like historic books or fictional books about the real past. My favourite: For Whom the Bell Tolls (Hemingway), All Quiet on the Western Front (Remarque), War and Peace (Tolstoy), Crime and Punishment (Dostoevsky), Aivengo (Walter Scott), Red and Black (Stendhal), From Here to Eternity (James Jones).
In addition I like thrillers and detectives. I like Stephen King. Especially his novel The Long Walk. I like Stieg Larsson's the Girl with the Dragon Tattoo, I enjoyed Shantaram by Gregory David Roberts.
And I am libertarian and I was very impressed with The Fountainhead and Atlas Shrugged by Ayn Rand.

Also I am a big movie fun. But it won't be enough space to write about my favorite movies.

I listen different music. But mostly I like to relax listening some indie pop, jazz, good rock, modern classic, instrumental and trance.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I jumped with a parachute in Ukraine, dived with tropical fish in Red Sea, get to the glacier in Rocky Mountains.
