About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To start saving to pay for my next big trip!

ABOUT ME

Traveling is important to my life, I learn more about myself on the road than I do anywhere else. Life is a delicate balance, where you have to take it seriously in some aspects and not in others. I'm trying to learn to balance this.

PHILOSOPHY

I believe in living a life with no regrets. I want to take advantage of every opportunity I have to try, or see, something new. I will not be someone at the end of my life that looks back on it and wishes I had done more.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have been to various couchsurfing meetups and events both while traveling and while at home. I currently can't host, but I am 100% willing to meet up with anyone.

Interests

Music - the good kinds. Some of my favorite artists right now are Phoenix, Thrice, Bayside, Blue Scholars, Fat Freddy's Drop, Atmosphere, City and Colour, The Black Keys, etc.

Individual Sports - I like to push myself but have steered clear of competitive sports in the last 5-6 years. I enjoy skiing, rock climbing, surfing (I suck), tennis, golf.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love to read. I'm the type of person that will pick up a book on my day off and read the whole thing that day.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Every time I travel something amazing happens, I can't even begin to answer this question.

Teach, Learn, Share

I have played guitar for about 11 years, I am honestly fairly average, but I know the technique and have the patience to teach anyone. I like to teach English as well, I have no training in teaching English as a second language, but I really enjoy working through others people's problems with my own language and finding an answer to help them.

Countries I’ve Visited

Canada, Costa Rica, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Thailand, United Kingdom

Countries I’ve Lived In

United States
