I'm an active, sportive, friendly and relaxed person :-) I do different kinds of sports and I am about to start discovering new places all over the world. I like meeting new people, discovering new places and cultures. I have studied teaching in Kassel and finished my Teaching Degree four years ago. Since then, I am working as a Secondary School Teacher in Kassel which is a medium sized city right in the middle of Germany.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

So far, I haven't done any big trips around the world but I am keen to start discovering new places in the future. Therefore, I am new on couchsurfing and have joined it because I am convinced that it is the best way to really get to know a country, its people and its culture. You can't really get to know a country if you just stay in a hotel. Furthermore, many of my friends have made really great experiences about Couchsurfing when they traveled different countries all over the world.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like to listen to music almost all the time during the day ;-) I like a lot of different kinds of music, from German Hip Hop Music to International Rock and Pop. However, I don't play any instruments myself :( Maybe in the future...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Well, I am actually a four times world champion in sport stacking! :) I have been to the world championship in Taiwan a few months ago and it was a really unique experience.

What I Can Share with Hosts

There are many things I would love to share: I can show and teach some of the sports I do regularly - stacking and climbing. Moreover, I can offer interesting conversations, discovering places together and sharing some German sense of humor (Yes, Germans do actually have a sense of humor ;-))
