"If you don't know what to write, start to write about what you know" - is a sentence my Math teacher planted in my heart - it helped at the Matura exam, so it might help here as well..
Origin:
My parents formed a rather untypical constellation - my Mum is German, my father Polish. You know, historically, that didn't go to well, but they are for more than 30 years married. Happily, and sadly - for good and for bed.
Born in Poland I feel that my heart beats mostly in red&white colours. Still, I would never abandon the German tradition, that my mother has passed over to me and my brothers.
I might appear a little German, my spontaneity defines me as typical Polish, but I'd rather say - I have taken the good characteristics from both parties :)
Life sections:
Born in Bydgoszcz, Poland - lived here from age 0-16yr, 18-19, 25-present,
One year Rotary Youth Exchange Program in Pitman, USA (16-17yr).
With 19 I moved to Gdańsk, where I've studied in a very exciting field of Automatics and Robotics... !damned should be these studies! ;)
After one year I had to choose - Berlin or Dresden - I decided Dresden. Spent here 3 years of BA studies (Media Science and Politics).
Afterwards I went to ....
... let's not give up everything upfront. My life has taken many turns and I can't complain about boredom. But I don't think that's all. I'm sure that's only the beginning.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

Why I'm Couchsurfing? It is very exciting. Once you've done it you don't want to stop :) Meeting new people is always great, it brings one forward, it extends horizonts... and it messes up with your head, destroying all the stereotypes you have faithfully been building up over years ;)
