Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I'd love to be a host for anyone in need of a warm place to sleep and talk to. I'm a good listener :)
I also love to travel and experience as much local culture as I can. So if you have an empty couch, I'd appreciate it so much if I could stay with you! I'm pretty clean and quiet and don't snore, as far as I know.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
The couchsurfing community is very active and welcoming here in the Twin Cities, so I have made many wonderful friends locally through this site. I've hosted a few really wonderful surfers and still regularly keep in touch.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I stumbled upon a soap bubble party in a city fountain in Nice, France and threw bubbles with people from around the world
I got to visit the incredible and tiny country of Faroe Islands last year and stay with locals the whole time. Their kindness and willingness to share everything was so unique and wonderful. Plus I got to ride in a helicopter!
What I Can Share with Hosts
I'd love to take your portrait! Follow me on Instagram @marlaolivia to get an idea of what I shoot. I'm doing a 365 project (photo a day for a year) and am always looking for new faces.
