I love to travel. After graduating college, I started my career as a teacher and then quit to start my own business and spend more time learning about what life is like beyond my little circle of the world.

Shortly after I traveled to London, backpacked through England, France & Italy and have been interested in learning about other people and seeing other places ever since.

I'm an entrepreneur interested in many different things but my primary focus is on creating paleo recipes and sharing them on Paleo Porn. Building brands at SPYR. And most recently I was the executive director of the #1 Indie documentary of 2016, Minimalism: A Documentary About The Important Things.

I love meeting new people with a passion for travel. If you've traveled the world you have a different view than most and those kinds of people typically like learning new things, like I do. I use Couchsurfing to help me travel to places I want to go and keep cost low.

Interests

I love to cook and I make all my own meals from scratch. I share my recipes on my Paleo recipe blog at PaleoPorn.com. I'm interested in many things: yoga, meditation, lifting, swimming, SUPing, biking, hiking, boxing, triathlon, HIIT...anything active and I love the water and the beach.

I'm interested in many things but a primary focus is on health, wellness, fitness and generally being active and out in nature.
