I’m currently on a working holiday in Canada and might be available for meetups in Vancouver when I’m around. :)
Also trying to experience as much of North America as time/money allows, so I might be venturing south now and then.

I’m generally a pretty quiet person who does well in smaller groups, am somewhat sporty (play Ultimate Frisbee, soccer, and tennis) and outdoorsy, but I’m nerdy at the same time. I’ve probably seen that Reddit post or played that board game... and as for going out, anything from sports events to theater to trivia nights is something I enjoy.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Volunteered for a week on a “whaleshark swim” tour boat in Western Australia and got to see these gentle giants and lots of other amazing marine life while making great friends!

Always up for learning new skills and languages and have been lucky to have amazing friends who have imparted knowledge.
I’ve been told I’m a very patient teacher when it comes to teaching German, and I’ve successfully gotten some seniors to tackle computers and tablets and other newfangled gadgets.
