About Me
Hey everybody 👋🏻
I am a 26 year old german girl, who loves to travel, discover new places and meet amazing people along the way. ☺️That’s why I left my small hometown in Bavaria and moved to Cologne 2018 to study social work. The city of German carneval (s. foto). Time flies and I am doing my master in clinical therapeutic social work now. So people would describe me as social and empathetic. But I am also a funny, lively and sometimes a little bit clumsy person. You find me mostly on flea markets, indie concerts or in the park playing volley ball…
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
In South America I made the experience that traveling is amazing. Meeting new people in hostels, visiting incredible places and learning something about the culture.
But I noticed that all of this, will be even better, if you spend the time with a person, who lives there. Because they guide you to the secret places, teach you the tradition as well as the language and you suddenly spend the time with them and there life style of this country.
Sooo thats the reason why I am here.
I want to show you my city the life style of my country and you show me yours.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
So after finishing my school, I made the biggest choice of my life:
Spending 8 months in South America.
I was 3 months working as an Au-Pair and Volunteer in Trujillo, a town in Peru.
After that I decided backpacking around Peru, Chile and Bolivia. Visiting places like Machu Picchu, the Nazca Lines, the lake Titicaca and the Atacama desert. Meanwhile I met a lot of nice people from all around the world.
My last months I spend again as a volunteer helping kids in the slum of Arequipa, partying and having small adventures with my peruvian and volunteer friends.
….
The South America experience continued and I came back after my bachelor in 2022. Made amazing new memories in Argentina, Uruguay, Brazil and Colombia. From paragliding, dancing salsa, sleeping in the jungle to crossing one of the most dangerous border in the Amazonas between Colombia and Brazil by foot.
