Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Friends of mine started surfing long back and they all had a great time travelling and exploring. What motivated me most is the direct contacts you can find in whichever place you want to travel. A place is so much more interesting and beautiful if you get to know the stories behind it. Stories of people and the lifes they lead. Because in the end travelling is about meeting people - and to be a little more unromantic - it is just good to find a place to stay and in the best case some advices and tips.

Interests

I have a great interest in theatre and all kinds of cultural activities which might come natural with me staying in a theatre since I am living on this planet. I like painting, drawing am intersted in design and architecture, photography.

Another thing is my interst in politics and discussing if there is someone to discuss with. But don't be afraid - I can as well shut my mouth and even though I like to be critical I am not at all the person to tell others what to feel, think or do. I like to exchange thoughts and if you're in - I am here!

My favourit music artist would be the Notwist and Cat Power
but I basicly love a lot of music from german, french or english rap, punk, ska, electronical, metal, hiphop, folk, classic, pop, alternative, grunge, indie, abstract, blues, ...

I am always happy to discover new thhings!

Earlier I used to call Kevin Brooks my favourite author, I love the writing of Amoz Oz and Henning Mankell and have lately been reading a lot of non-fictional books and short-stories
