ABOUT ME

I'm just here seeking adventures and knowledge and stories to write down and tell my grand kids someday. I'm warm blooded and drawn to beaches and sunshine and trying to kick my legs over my head. I'm easily excitable and am literally down to spend an afternoon doing anything suggested to me (unless it involves ghosts, no ghosts). I want to write a book that changes the world without even telling the world it's trying to change it.

PHILOSOPHY

You should always be grateful for everything you have, everything you are and are becoming. You should always keep your eyes peeled for even the tiniest ways to make other people's lives a little brighter. I believe small gestures can make big impressions.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

In terms of how I would "participate" when couch surfing--I fold my clothes and make Pannenkoeken for people I like, I drink red wine and I love to share. (that's actually just how I "participate" in life in general.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've never couchsurfed! I've had a few friends host and be hosted by really great people and it makes me smile because "people are generally good." And I love to see the internet bringing people together to high five for realskies.

Yoga, travel and adventure, Reading non-fiction books, reading fiction books, riding bikes, tomfoolery, sipping on wine and eating cheese, tapping people on one shoulder when you're standing on the other side of them so they look the wrong way and you can say "gotcha!" reading the news, doing anything besides dancing, having enough red wine to think i'm actually okay at dancing, kitties, laughing about awkward moments after the fact, making delicious food with people i love, kayaking, kickball, jumping out from behind doors and yelling "Boo!", telling my friends about random facts I learned that day, writing everything down.

Every day is an amazing thing, sometimes I just look around and I can't believe we lucked upon this paradise.

I can teach you beginner or intermediate yoga. I have a firm command of my mother tongue, the English language, I can teach that too. I'll talk theories about the universe until the sun comes up. I really want to learn card tricks and how to juggle.
