I left my career life to become a chef at sea, let life take me by the hand and be curious and openhearted. I lived a couple of months very remotely on a glacierside in the Swiss Alpes, traveling around Portugal and south of Spain and moved to Sweden last year, this year I spent mostly on a glacier and in Italy and France so far, so really looking forward to explore the Mediterranean by boat now :)

Arthouse movies and movies with some rather subtile dark humor (Almodovar, Kaurismäki, Ostlund, Akin, Coen brothers, etc)

My taste in music is really eclectic, from classical concerts to techno, but mostly I listen to world music (could be one day Arabic funk, one day is Brazilian Bossa Nova, one day it’s Mexican folklore, one day it’s American Blues, one day French chansons, Portuguese fado, and so on and so on)

I would love to read, but reality is I am on like one book a year. About this one I can talk haha
