About Me

Hello there! I am an experienced traveler who just got out of undergrad and is pursuing a career in medicine. My days recently are busy with studying for the MCAT (medical school entrance exam) and looking for skills/opportunities to learn more about medicine/health for curiosity's sake and to enhance my application for schools. In my free time, I enjoy reading stories and about politics, exercising, and just chilling with people to discuss life and what's going on in the world.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm new to all this, but I'm interested in Couchsurfing because I'm looking to meet new people and get to know the areas I am traveling to. I'd also like to network and connect others together so we can all meet even MORE people and travel to even MORE places!

I'm in Albuquerque for the International Balloon Fiesta; I'm both a New Mexico and an Albuquerque virgin, so please go easy on me jajaja

K-pop, Latin, Jazz, Blues

Norma Rae, Despicable Me, City of God, National Treasure

Dan Brown (Angels and Demons, Da Vinci Code, etc.), Politics, History, I Know Why the Caged Bird Sings

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

When I was visiting South Korea, I convinced myself to visit the DMZ- the most militarized border in the world. I was confused by all the statues/pictures proclaiming the imminence of reunification while at the same time feeling the obvious animosity between the two countries. Best cell service I've ever had.

Teach, Learn, Share

I know a ton. I'm a history and science/medicine buff, and am even getting into nutrition too! I like exercise but am not too fond of the gym, so I got into calisthenics about 2 months ago. I've shown my friends and even my mom a few beginner moves. Want me to show you how to experience body weight training?

I also speak/study a bunch of foreign languages, so if you'd like to practice with me or even get an intro lesson, I'm totally down.

I keep a clean home and provide the same for those willing to host. Let me do some chores around the house, and if you'd like to cook a little something something together, don't worry about those pesky dishes!

When I'm traveling, both internal and external perspectives from hosts and surfers respectfully are important to me; I had the privilege of getting both at a Couchsurfing event last night and can't wait to do it again soon!

What I Can Share with Hosts

I'm a very kind and gentle guy who always puts smiles on the faces of others, even if it takes a little self-deprecation jajaja I know a lot about current world events and am open to listening to your perspectives on these and even the little things in life that make the world so interesting.

I'm really low-maintenance, love animals, and really just need a place to crash and a shower.
