ABOUT ME

I love life and am so grateful to be on a spiritual path! I am full of life, passion and humor. I look for the magic in everything and believe that everything happens for a reason. I love international travel, reading, music, art, culture and performance. From Shakespeare to Bob Dylan, From Flamenco to hip hop. I lived in Spain during University and have adopted and enjoy some of the European lifestyle! I also love to laugh...who doesn't?
I am an Herbalist and Nutritionist. It means so much to me to help empower people to take charge of their health. I love helping people make healthy, positive changes in their lives, whether it be
emotional, physical or spiritual.
Oh and how could I forget? I LOVE Mother nature!
