About Me

I am arriving in Barcelona May 8th 2019 and travelling of Spain & Portugal to Porto then across to Salamanca, Zargoda, Lourdes, Bordeaux, Nantes to Paris then back to Barcelona via Toulouse arriving in Barcelona May 30th or 31st. Then flying to Greece for a 7 night cruise departing June 1st 2019 then back to Athens for a couple of days (looking for a twin share companion - details below) then flying back to Barcelona to depart back for Australia June 12th
Day 1 - Rhodes
Step aboard your gulet at port where you will be welcomed by your crew. Enjoy a cocktail and a short presentation ahead of your cruise. You can then take a tour of the medieval city of Rhodes. Here you will spend the night.
Day 2 - Rhodes - Symi
Your crew will then sail in the direction of Symi, the pearl of the Dodecanese and one of the most beautiful islands in all of Greece. Once you arrive you can step ashore and visit the monastery at Panormitis, the most famous on the island and full of hidden charms. Then head in discovery of the beautiful port of Symi with its ancient coloured houses. Enjoy the wonderful atmosphere on this island as the evening draws near.
Day 3 - Symi - Tilos
Sail in the morning to the island of Tilos. Enjoy swimming in the many beautiful creeks, then explore the traditional island village. You will see traces of the previous settlements inland, and many ruins of chapels and fortresses. You
will be able to admire the 200 abandoned houses which you can see from the coastline which are lit up at night. Dinner on board and the evening spent moored in the creek.
Day 4 - Tilos - Nisyros
Your crew will sail in the direction of the islet of Gyali, where you will disembark by dinghy to reach the stunning beach with pure white sand and white stones. Next stop is the island of Nisyros towards the afternoon, the youngest volcanic island in this zone, and has an extinct crater. Admire the breathtaking coloured dusts of this volcanic crater - white, yellow, red and violet. You can climb up to the heights of the village of Nikia where you can enjoy 360° views across the island. Dinner on board and the evening spent in its tiny port.
Day 5 - Nisyros - Knidos
Today you will sail towards Knidos and its beautiful bay. In the afternoon you can set off to discover the monuments, temples and majestic theatre. Walk in the footsteps of the ancient Greeks such as Spartacus and visit the temple of Knidos where you can find the statue of the goddess Aphrodite which was created by the sculptor Praxitèle. Then you will head to a nearby cove where you can enjoy dinner and moor for the night.
Day 6 - Criques
Day 6 and you will have the chance to go from cove to cove, enjoying the breathtaking scenery. You will explore the most beautiful creeks and enjoy swimming and relaxing. There is the possibility of a surprise stop over, if the passengers so wish, in a secret location which will not be revealed until the last miunte. This was a huge success amongst the passengers of the 2015 season. It is a truly unique and charming spot.
Day 7 - Rhodes
Depart in the morning for Rhodes, which will take around 3 hours. Step ashore and discover the stunning architecture, or head further afield and admire the landscape and three picturesque windmills and the lighthouse of Saint Nicolas.
