Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

We offer, whenever possible, our couch in a small flat in the neighbourhood of Almagro, just next to Boedo. Both neighbourhoods are well known for their tango vibe, and are part of the true Buenos Aires, away from the more touristy sites like San Telmo or Palermo, but just close enough.

Music, Movies, and Books

I am a sci fi fan, so anything spacey, i like. We have watched the HBO dramas more than once, Six Feet Under, Sopranos, The Wire... That's our main TV source.

In music i am quite eclectic, depending on the mood. I really like calm music, especially new waves of jazz, bossa and definitely tango and new tango. Soul and Blues are almost newfound loves. But i am as rocker as ever.

I have two different kind of books i like. I read a lot of poli-sci stuff for school and books related to it to keep up to date. Just for fun, i like latin american authors, classics and mostly scifi, the well written kind (Ursula K. Le Guin is a favourite of mine). Not very fond of fantasy, but have read all LOTR and Song if Ice and Fire.
