I am a chef who got a chance to get out of the kitchen so I'm making the most of it! I feel the need to broaden my experiences with different food trends, scenes, and culinary traditions so here I am. I love to learn new recipes and find innovative ways to do things with very limited resources. (It turns out great most of the time.)
I love food (obviously) and music, and how these come together with other facets to form the culture a certain place. A crucial part of my exposure to cultures and places I find interesting are people – being an inquisitive person, I enjoy hearing about other people's stories, passions, and see life through their perspectives.

I have met lots of awesome people here, and I'm happy that I had the chance to hear about their stories, and learn about their cultures, musical tastes, and experiences. I don't think there's a better way of doing these things than by staying or meeting up with locals. There’s always something to learn.

Morceaux de musique, films et livres

I don't really play favorites. For books, I vary from Thriller to Sci-Fi, etc. As long as the plot is good, curiosity gets the best of me.
Same thing with Movies and TV Shows.
As for Music, I love Jazz, Blues, Classical, Thrash Metal, Grunge, Hard Rock, and good ol' Rock n' Roll.
