Overview
About Me
I’m a 21 year old Egyptian/British small human being (doing okay as a Business student and dare I say, as a poet?) who is just trying to find herself in this big, big world. I haven’t explored much of it, and I have been patient, and I think my time has finally come. I would love to learn about countries and their culture, the locals, know about the origins of it and how the locals live, everything honestly. I’m always fidgeting and I always want to know what we’re going to do next, and some may I say I even have charisma (I say it’s too much coffee and excitement and fear of the unknown). My family and my friends represent my life. Nothing matters to me in the world more than them.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Big world, bigger dreams. The world is so huge out there and I know it needs to be seen. That’s why it’s out there. We’re not meant to be still and do nothing. I want to explore as much as I can of it as long as I‘m still alive and breathing.

Music, Movies, and Books
Almost all types of music except Country because it’s not just my tune.
People I’m currently into listening to: Maluma, Lizzo, Jessie Reyez, Jorja Smith, Khalid, Billie Eilish, Teamarrr, Hanine y son Cubano, Sza, H.E.R., and a lot of Queen songs have been on repeat lately. Mainly because Queen was one of my dad’s favourite bands and the way Freddie’s hair and mustache looked like, reminded me of my dad a lot.
I like almost all the movies I’ve watched and never got lovestruck by one or two.
I’m not a mother, but my words and my books are my children. I can’t name a single book that I loved and still love and still read except All the Bright Places by Jennifer Niven.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Tried to turn the words I write for myself into something that could help others in time of need and also sometime people could relate to (finally made a poetry account after years and years of procrastination), and I’ve jumped into water from a really high cliff once while visiting a place in Egypt called Dahab, and although I cried a lot afterwards, it was pretty thrilling.
Teach, Learn, Share
Still learning, will always teach you anything that life taught me which includes learning how to love, how to give, how to heal and how to always smile because no matter what, life is going to be testing you and you need to always be welcoming with open arms and a bright smile (even if your heart is heavy) as cheesy as it sounds, and I will share with you my silly stories of my hometown and I will try as much as I can to make you relate to them and laugh as well.
