About Me

Hi! I'm a Dutch student, living in Utrecht. I can describe myself as a caring, loyal, organized, open, attentive person. I like to fill my life with nerdy conversations, endless meals, strolls in nature, daily discoveries, music and new adventures. O, and be aware, I sing.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

After starting couchsurfing about two years ago, I can't really imagine traveling without. What is a better way to meet interesting people and get to know a city or place at its finest? Avoiding the over-touristy places, couchsurfing learned me another way of traveling. Traveling is not about seeing as much of the known sites of a city or place - it's about visiting that place with all your curiosity, open-ness, patience and will to let yourself surprise.

Teach, Learn, Share

When one stops learning, one stops living. Aren't we all in this world to always learn more, untill the moment we die? Wouldn't we then create the best versions of ourselves, ever developing?

There are so many things in this world I want to learn. And whatever interesting insight, knowledge, skill or thought you have, I would be eager to listen or watch to. But if you're able to practice French with me, teach me how to photograph, learn me the basic guitar skills, I will even pay more attention ;)
